I try to cook food that feels healthy to me. Whenever possible, I try to use real, wholesome, seasonal and local ingredients, whole grains, healthy fats and good quality proteins. Having said that, I believe that the key to eating more meals at home is by cooking vibrant delicious meals and I’m not afraid to use some ingredients that I consider less than healthy on occasion. In other words – I cook everything!
