Dill Sauce

Dill Sauce

This is a flavourful all purpose dipping sauce. In my picture, I’m serving this sauce with perogies. It would also work great for dipping veggies!

DifficultyBeginner

Yields6 Servings

1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tsp kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
 1 tsp lemon rind
1 tsp honey, or more to taste
 1-2 TBSP finely choped dill

1

Combine all of the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasoning according to taste with more salt, pepper, lemon juice or honey. Ideally let this sit for 30 minutes on the counter, covered, or refrigerate for a couple of hours, for flavours to meld. However, you may serve this sauce right away. Serve.
