Chill the butter after you rolled it into a log then slice it up into individual portions and bring to room temperature. Then your options on how to use this delicious butter are endless – garlic bread, pan sauce, top your rice or potatoes with it, serve with fresh bread, top cooked steak, chicken or steamed veggies with it…

Yields12 Servings

 1 cup butter, room temp
 1 tbsp crushed garlic
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp dried basil
 ¼ tsp paprika
 ¼ cup Parmesan
 freshly ground black pepper, to taste
 kosher salt, to taste (at least 1/2 tsp)

Combine all of the ingredients together. Taste. Add more salt or pepper according to taste. That's it!

Feel free to place your butter on top of some plastic wrap. Roll it into a log and refrigerate it. You can later slice the log. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
