- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter, cooled
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
Instructions

Whisk the buttermilk, sugar, cooled melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the eggs and whisk them in gently.

Combine the remaining ingredients and sift them into the egg mixture. Whisk to combine into a homogeneous batter.

Using a 1/3 cup (80ml) measure for each pancake, fry over medium heat in butter until cooked through and golden on both sides. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
