เบอร์เกอร์ไก่งวงซูกินีรสเครื่องเทศ
I totally forgot about this superstar ingredient in turkey burgers. I used to make my turkey burgers this way exclusively! And now that I'm reminded by the superpowers of zucchini when it comes to adding moisture, this is my go-to turkey burger recipe.

But we're not stopping there—we're spicing this up with earthy spices and adding umami-boosting ingredients such as miso paste and soy sauce. What a lovely and easy meal!

- 3 ml ground cumin
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 15 ml miso paste

- 5 ml Sambal Oelek, or more to taste
- 3 ml kosher salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Combine the zucchini, chili powder, ancho chili powder, coriander, cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, miso paste, and soy sauce in a bowl until well blended. Add the turkey and gently mix with a fork without overmixing. Form into 4½-inch (11cm) tall patties.
