Zesty Bread Dip

Ingredients

  • Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed

  • 4 garlic cloves, pressed

  • 2 TBSP parsley leaves, chopped

  • 1/3 cup crumbled Feta

  • 2 TBSP freshly ground Parmesan

  • 1/4 cup olives

  • Freshly ground coarse salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions

  • Scatter all of the ingredients in a plate and then pour olive oil on top. Serve with fresh bread.
