Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
4 garlic cloves, pressed
2 TBSP parsley leaves, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled Feta
2 TBSP freshly ground Parmesan
1/4 cup olives
Freshly ground coarse salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Scatter all of the ingredients in a plate and then pour olive oil on top. Serve with fresh bread.
