I’ve been working on a Greek salad dressing for quite some time. Adding honey to the dressing and making it very gently sweet is a game changer!!
Greek Salad Dressing

Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, pressed
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 TBSP lemon juice
3 TBSP red wine vinegar
2-3 tsp honey
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 TBSP dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 tsp lemon zest
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a tightly sealed container and shake until completely combined, emulsified and thick.
- Pour over your Greek salad ingredients such as cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives. I also like adding Romaine lettuce. Toss well and serve garnished with feta.
