Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

What a delicious smoothie. No added sugar, less than 5 minutes to make and tastes exactly like something you would imagine as dessert. But it’s packed with protein and healthy fats from the peanut butter, inflammation reducing cocoa powder and potassium-rich bananas.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 2 TBSP peanut butter

  • 1.5 – 2 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • tiny pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • Sliced bananas and chocolate shavings for serving, optional

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with bananas and chocolate shavings, if desired.
